I have lived here for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it. All of my neighbors are so friendly, the office staff is super nice and the grounds are kept immaculate. My dog and I appreciate the dog park so much and I feel completely safe here. It’s so quiet and peaceful. I had some trouble with my a/c one day and they had it fixed within an hour!

Summer Brook apartments are amazing !! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Very nice and quiet as well as a safe place to live. I love Summer Brook! Hands down best apartments in Longview! The location is perfect and the property management unbeatable! Summer Brook takes care of their residents and their property which is really hard to find in so many other apartments. Management works hard to provide fun activities so residents can connect, making it feel like a family environment.
