The Brazos

Although I've only lived at Summer Brook for 7 months, I can't imagine living at another apartment complex! I feel extremely safe, and the location is PERFECT. I'm just a few minutes away from everything and everyone in Longview!

I have lived here for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it. All of my neighbors are so friendly, the office staff is super nice and the grounds are kept immaculate. My dog and I appreciate the dog park so much and I feel completely safe here. It’s so quiet and peaceful. I had some trouble with my a/c one day and they had it fixed within an hour!

We are so pleased with the group of folks who take care of the daily ins and outs at Summer Brook Apartments! It has been a joy to know that our college age son is in a safe and clean environment with such helpful management/office staff and maintenance staff. I cannot say "thank you" enough!

We love living here! Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful, from the maintenance people to the front desk ladies. We love living next to a walking trail and the apartment complex is always pretty quiet.

Summer Brook apartments are amazing !! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Very nice and quiet as well as a safe place to live. Maintenance is always so helpful as for the ladies in the front office! Definitely will always recommend Summer Brook to any family & friends looking for a home. Me and my boyfriend are going on our second lease and we absolutely are thrilled to continue to be with the Summer Brook community!

I love Summer Brook! Hands down best apartments in Longview! The location is perfect and the property management unbeatable! Summer Brook takes care of their residents and their property which is really hard to find in so many other apartments. Management works hard to provide fun activities so residents can connect, making it feel like a family environment.
